The tub-shower setup poses a risk with a high step and slippery floors due to no shower curtain. Additionally, housekeeping comes in regardless of whether you put the do-not-disturb card out.

We had a family group of 6 and all of us were pretty impressed. The service was top notch-one of our group eats vegan and they went above and beyond to make sure there were options for dinner and breakfast. The food was delicious, especially the local Tyrolean meals that filled us right up after a long day skiing, can't believe how good they were.

We had an amazing time! The breakfast was great and it’s near the funicular and ski area, so outdoor activities are easy to access. Getting the bus pass made exploring seamless. Loved the charming balconies and artwork around the hotel!
